2cc blood 's story

Assalamualaikum

It was 3am
We have just finished coming morning blood taking when suddenly my colleague came to me

"Zu,cannot la." He look frustated

"Come i try." I then walked to the patient

1st attempt failed
2nd attempt also failed
3rd attempt finally was a success thanks God

"It was very hard but i could see u guys enjoy your work" - patient's wife

For people outside, it maybe just a simple gratitude but for me, the words are really remind me of something - about being grateful
Allah SWT has make it that way with reason
We surely can get through a thing no matter how hard it is
B+ = Be positive
Life is too short to regret and do enjoy every single thing you do
Always remember that HE will never leave you alone

A Story Teller

Finally,i can view this blog againnn!!
Have no idea at all how could i lose the password for almost a year
Multiple attempts of try and error before i manage to get it done muahaaa


Well
Today's story is about a story-teller
Being a story teller,your aim is to make people who listens to your story able to understand and digest it and enjoy it
And being a houseman(HO) is just like being a (smart) story teller

Everyday you look at the history of the different patients
Everyday you try to summarize them so that your superior able to understand it in a glance
And it is really an art!
And every HO should have this,believe me

Kenapa nak jadi doktor?

It has been a while since my last entry..huh!
Selalu taip suku jalan je lepas tu tutup
Entry ini pon tak tahu la akan publish ke tak...tengok2 separuh jalan jugak hahaaa


Dah hampir 8 bulan saya kerja
Posting kedua pon dah nak habis insyaAllah
Posting pertama saya ialah medical (perubatan)
Posting kedua saya ialah orthopaedic (tulang)
Dua posting yang jauh berbeza bagai langit dengan bumi!

Posting medical
Rasa macam nak ?mati
Penatnya Ya Rabbi.....hanya Allah SWT yang tahu
Penat otak...penat tubuh...penat kaki...penat tangan
Pendek kata memang penat!
Segala-galanya penat
Tengok jadual rotation pon dah penat :p
Terlupa untuk makan itu adalah perkara biasa
Bila balik kerja malam dan diberi dua pilihan antara tidur dan makan,saya lebih memilih untuk tidur hahaa
Waktu undergraduate,saya selalu dengar senior/ho kata medical posting is the toughest ever yet i still choose it as my first posting
Orang kata jangan masuk medical dulu nanti tak mampu kawal stress lebih2 lagi 1st poster
Stress memang stress
Tapi saya tak menyesal
Malah saya bersyukur susah masa medical tapi senang masa posting lain
Ibarat kata peribahasa "bersusah susah dahulu bersenang senang kemudian" ececeeh
Saya tak nampak semua ni masa kat medical
Hanya sedar bila dah masuk posting lain

Bila bos (mo/sp) tanya, "u dari mana?"

Medical boss.

"Fuyyooo..."
"Tahniah!"
"What a great achievement of u"
"Sape2 yang dah grad medical mmg layak dapat ucapan tahniah...so tahniah!"

Banyak sangat lagi ilmu medical yang saya belum sempat terokai tapi Alhamdulillah sekurang2nya bila patient collapse depan mata di wad yang jarang ada patient collapse,u know what to do
U know what to do next while waiting for your MO to come
U able to manage basic/simple/common things
Chest pain,shortness of breath,hypo hyperglycaemia,hypo hyperkalaemia,bladder distension,poor hydration,poor urine output,bleeding,BP crash and the worst part is asystole or bp unrecordable
Long line,short line,intubation,peritoenal pleural tapping,chest tube,pleural biopsy,bone marrow aspiration,lumbar puncture
Hisyyy banyak sangat la yang medical ajar saya

Saya akan rindu medical!
Yang paling best adalah bila nak refer kes kat medical team, ia akan jadi sedikit mudah walaupun tak mudah sangat pon because u know what informations they expect from u
Some more they already know u hahahaaa (ini bonus)
Satu lagi bonus : jadi favourite ho :p  *peace no war*

After all those things (even when it was happening at that time), it is a relieved to know that all your superiors actually are on your side..

At least i know that im not bad
It's just that in her eyes.....huh!

I dont mind if physically 'abused' because that is the nature of my work since long time ago even before i was born
But we are deadly mentally abused
Thanks God, we hold on & just go with the flow
Luckily the tough moments finally went away

Just pray to God for the best things to happen ahead
InsyaAllah....
