It just makes me think

Sometimes I wonder, up to this point, what do I have in terms of skills and knowledge to treat my future patients?
Am I competent enough to manage them who presented acutely in front of me in emergency room?
Am I confident enough to choose what is the best for them when my seniors are not around?
Sometimes, it scared me, you know
Because I know who I am dealing with - human being!
Of course, they deserved the best from us
